-My prices are not negotiable. Package deals may be offered, but I will not haggle on the price of a single service.

-I will, under no circumstances, work in any 'competitive' arrangement with another designer. Meaning; do not hire me and someone else at the same time, with the intention of only paying for or using the work of the designer whose product you like the best.

-When it comes to payment, I will ask for %50 up front and %50 on completion. I will not waive this requirement for any reason whatsoever; to avoid wasting my time I need to get half of the estimated price up front once you agree to hire me, before I begin working. This is to make sure I do not get bogged down in situations where someone only wants to pay me if they like what I produce, or if someone changes their mind midway and decides not to go through with their plan. Even if you decide you don't want or need the service, you cannot get the %50 o the cost paid up front back.

-I have a strict 'no refunds' policy.
